1.   Sorry, absolutely no pets allowed
2.   Absolutely No Smoking, Firearms or Fireworks
3.   Rental agreement and $150 refundable security deposit required to book cabin
4.   Must be 21 years old to rent cabin; no unregistered guests
5.   No illegal drugs, alcohol abuse (including parties) or underage drinking
6.   All children and non-swimmers must wear life jackets near pond for safety
7.   Guests must provide their own properly size life jackets, food and toiletries
8.   Towels, bedding, table ware, appliances, pots/pans and washer and dryer provided
9.   To keep cabin clean, eating and food is restricted to kitchen and dining area
10.  No dirt bikes or ATVs may be ridden on the property
11.  $150 Weeknights (SUN-THUR), $180 Weekend nights (FRI/SAT & Holidays), $900 week    
12.  Prices based on occupancy of 4 people; $15 additional per person per stay
13.  Minimum 2 nights stay, check-in at 3PM and checkout at 1100 AM
14.  Preferred payment method via check to Broken Arrow Cabin
15.  Pay Pal is available with a 3% Processing Fee
